Property & Evidence Technician
The Property and Evidence Technician is responsible for all property that is booked in for evidence, safekeeping, and lost and found property. The Property and Evidence Technicians process court requests for video, audio tapes, and digital
photography. They also deal with all evidence requests for the processing of DNA, fingerprint evidence, and high-tech crime evidence such as financial crimes and computer crimes. A Property and Evidence Technician earns a shift differential pay bonus of 3% when working evening and night shifts.
